Stuck torsion bolt

I was attempting to reindex and the driver side is binding up 3/4 out. I sprayed the crap out of it with pb blaster but it's tight as sh!t! Any suggestions . If I crank it back in its fine but when I start backing it out it binds up. Thanks Ron

likely some corrosion or crud on the threads up top there... put the bolt in, and then grab a small mirror (if you need) and a light to see whats going on... soak in WD40 or PB blaster for a couple days, a spray a day...lol if it's just crud, if the threads are damaged, then you may have to figure out something else, like getting a replacement, and then somehow cutting the damaged part off

Enough lube and anything will loosen up. lol . I cranked up my bars and coated them in white lithem,cranked them up and down then problem solved.
