reindexing if already cranked

Can you reindex them if you've already cranked them? Wld I just turn them back to pretty much stock and then reindex them?

Yeah it helps !! It preloads your front end just a little so its not so harsh. I took my front bump stops out (your shock will compress before your lower control bottoms).
