Some people will tell you that by lowering with the torsion bars it wont mess with your camber enough to hurt anything.

Well, this is after 2 years in which 7 months of that the truck didn't drive. This was the worst but all 4 were wore way down on the inside. I say 4 because of rotating the tires.

Drop spindles aren't super cheap but tires are way more expensive lol. Get an allignment. This will prolong this kind of wear but wont get rid of it.

If you're only driving straight, camber won't do that.
The problem lies with which ever tire is on the inside of your turn, during cornering.
On a vehicle with that much camber, the inside tire doesn't grip the road properly, and will scrub the part of the tire that's still making contact!

If your suspension is adjustable(Hydraulics/Air Bags), you need to have it aligned at your ride height.
Laid out at the park is moot.

That is actually extreme inner toe wear and not camber wear. I have the same issue from my toe being out on my driver front tire. A good alignment will fix this. To have such wear from camber, you would only be driving on that particular portion of your tire only. If it were camber wear, you would see a gradual incline across the rest of the contact patch of the tire.
