Removing Black Gaurd Things

Ok Down the lenght of the truck there is a line of black gaurd things.

I want to remove these - But as i was peeling one of i noticed it was taking up the paint.

Whats the best way to get it off with out fucking up my paint?

try to heat it up w/ a heat gun or something so the double sidded tape isn't so abrasive. Good luck tho.. that pannel has been on there for a while..

also use fishing line .. in a saw action to help you get it off

O DANG.. thats a good idea.. kinda like floss for the crap you don't want on your truck.
