Rear lights are messed

Hey guys, I just realized my tail lights are totally messed up. My turn signals are my reverse lights, and reverse are turning signals. How should I fix that? just cut and switch the wires? or is it a relay of some sort? please help, I dont want to get pulled over for that.

whoa, how the hell did ou manage that by accedent? were you messing around with wires? if your sure that they are just hooked up to the wrong spots the easyest thing to do is just take them out, switch the wires up... thjen you don't have to trace it back any farther than that... thats what i'd do... but i'm lazy as hell

heh, my lights are normal now, just cut and rewired the bulb wires, but my reverse lights dont work at all. damn it.
