Having them for sale doesn't get them on the truck (J/K)! I've been looking into it, but the angle between the grille and headlights are different. I am sure that you would want to get the header panel (or headlight mounting section) and the plugs. The header panel is fiberglass. I used to have a '97, and my uncle buys and sells salvage Rangers. Honestly, I don't see how you could get it to look right unless you did some blening w/ fiberglass on the grille. Just a few thoughts.

its impossible to make them work.

ok really guys... buy them(make sure your gettin 01 lights i think), take your grill off, cut the needed opening, cut more room in your rad cradle if needed and wire them up.

Guess what, i've never done it... but I used some common sense to figure out what basically needs to be done.

Sorry to be an asshole but the only way your gonna figure it out is by getting out there and doing it.

I've got a set sitting at home, but right now i'm just trying to get the v8 in. I'll take pix and everything when I get around to putting them on. Might be a little while though. Sorry

One of the guys down my way has got a set to put in. Ive looked into it and the headlight has got 3 swivel stud sticking out the back for mounts and adjustments. The studs are long enough you could actually adjust them properly. As far as i can tell the grill needs to be trimmed and three holes drilled in the rad. support and of course wire them up. Its looks better with the billet grill than a factory grill, in my opinion.

its not hard at all took a couple of hours and goes exactly ike impulse said. you have to cut the grill to match the headlights and trim the rad support atiny it bit. heres a pic of my truck at:
