b pillars

how do you remove the B pillars.. that plastic piece behind the side windows. i want to paint it flat black to match my newly flat black painted grill, then im gonna do my wipers and maybe my bumper. anyway...does it just pop off or do you have to unscrew it from the inside??

10 mm LONG socket. I beleive that there are 4 mounting posts. unbolt them from the inside and the seat belt can be a pain in the ass to work around.

yea...i got them off..there actually 6 bolts including the seatbelt. they are in my garage drying and ready to be put back on tommorow. i went ahea did it 2nite cause i cudnt wait until 2mmorow even though i really need the light. but u know how it goes. get an idea or get something in the mail and put it on that night cause u cant wait until the next day even though it takes you longer at night. ahhh the sacrifices we go thru to put our shit on now rather than wait..o well....thanks for help

put the pillars back on..looks really good. i finally got my truck to shop for the engine rebuild so before i went, i got some other stuff to paint as well.im still tryin to think of some other stuff i can paint

when i got my old mazda, the jackass had just grabbed them and snatched them off, then double sided taped them on.....i was like WTF when i got in there looking for bolts.....

did you shave the vents on them while you had the off to paint?
