Hood options

I'd like to have a bit of a cowl. Is it the 4x4 models that have a bit raised? Or does a standard 2600 have a different hood than the B22's as well? Or would it be better to glass one in?

only the 2600i came with the bubble.... you could glass one ontop, but alot of guys like to find the actuall hod, as it gives you more clearence for when that body drop comes calling you out, lol

b2600i hood gives you clearance in the wrong spots on the b2200. You can still keep the engine under the hood.. but you have to do the same ammount of work on a b2200 hood.

bingo.

the bubble was used on the f.i. b2600 due to the higher intake system.the carbed b26's dont have the "power bulge" as mazda called it.i wonder where they got the name from.lol

Here's a pic of my 2 1/2" cowl. Sorry its not to good but u get the idea. I built it the cowl is fiberglass...
