5 lug conversion

i wanted to change my lug pattern to 5 lug. i need to know what our lug specs are and a good place to get the adapters from. thanks for your help guys.

adapters are gonna make the wheels stick out. if your bagged you probably aren't going to find a wheel with the right off set to tuck.
