im lookin to throw some designs in with my primer job.... whats the process..primer the whole truck the base color then..laay down grapics tape off flames .stripes ect. .. and then cover the rest of the truuck for no overspray any 1 know

how i mask and in what stages like the base first then mask like the process say im going to do flames on my hood?

just do what i didon my winter beater, just get the sharpest key u got and make flames across the front of it, then eventully they into a nice brown lol

spray the primer, mask / tape off design, and use some newspaper or w/e to cover the areas that you don't want overspray....

or spray the basic area that ur laying your design on, then mask off the design and paint the whole truck.

do what i did...instead of laying down some solid graphix that will cause problems when u go to sand it down to paint(tape lines r hard to sand out)tape u off some grafix the normal way,then instead of piling on some color,just mist on a "guide cote"...no tape lines to sand out in the future
