Put in the ranger headlights and lowered the truck!

I was going to right up a tech sheet on how to install ranger headlights but once you look at the lights and your grille its pretty damn easy to do. I have a pic below which I dont think looks good. In person the lights look a ton better but you can get the general idea. Also the black grille on there is not the one that will be on there I was just practicing with that one. I will have a chrome grille with billet inserts in the middle.



I also lowered the truck I just put 3in blocks in the back and then cranked down the torsion bars. I think it looks a ton better.




I put in some gauges last week. Yeah I know one is higher thought that would be more visible to see. I have the angle things which when I put them look better. I am not done with the guages just getting started.




Let me know what you all think. The headlights were really simple. I just used my dremel and cut a little out at a time put the light up there mark where it needed to be cut then cut a little out each time. Until they fit in there snug. It really was pretty easy to do.

yeah I am using the wiring I havent actually hooked the wiring up I ran out of time yesterday. You can get it at pep boys online for like 3.98 each. I bought one at the store they didnt have anymore so I ordered the other one online.

what year lights are they?

they are 2001 you can use 2001-2005 lights. The ones I put in are called black diamond. I will eventually take out my turn signals in the bumper they will also be going in the headlights. thats on the back though until I get my bumper from grant.
