Tail light question...

Hey guys, Just wondering what type of paint would match up on the red for our tail lights, i wanna get rid of the ugly orange/amber colour...Anyone know? Thanks

i used testors transparent candy apple red in like a 3oz rattle can. looks real nice after bout 8 thin coats and bout 10 thin coats of testors rattle can clear coat - bf

Candy apple red would be the best colour to match up with the red thats on our tail lights? or maybe just re-paint over the red thats there to make it all match correctly.

i fucked up when i did mine, i painted the entire thing except the reverse. it became dull after awhile. i got some new ones now where the top is the only thing painted, and i like it better because even if it fades, the breaklight is still shiny haha

did you use Candy apple red?

get some clear lenses (not altezzas's, i mean completely clear) and get some red stained glass paint....

yea i used candy apple red, i messed up because i didnt clean it as good as i should have so i had couple of fisheyes lol

Slammedmini469 - if i was gunna spend the money to buy the clear lenses, i definitly would NOT paint them, considering there hard to find and pretty expensive when you do...Thats the purpose of having clear tails...to have them clear...lol

Obivously Candy Apple Red would be the Colour....And "Testor" the Brand, right?
