I think I need to pick one of those up soon... I already made a mount for my 4 runner bumper, will I be able to use my mount or do I need to fab up another one? anyway the bumper looks bad ass

you're gonna need to make new ones the Grant bumper comes with not brackets.

here are the rest of the pics and A how to on making the bumper match up to the 4x4 fenders.

tool you will or might need
1. welder
2. plasma cutter
3. a case of soda or beer
4. strips of 3/16 plate (for brackets)
5. metal shears
6. a very good friend or friends with said welder


step 1 order bumper from Grant kustoms

step 2 get a hold of a pair of 2wd fenders

step 3 cut the top portion of your old bumper out utilizing the upper mounting points


to make the flares of the 4x4 fenders match up we used my old 2wd fenders and cut the shit outta them

heres the acctualy build up

step one

step two. mark and cut he bottom part of the fender as in picture bellow

mark the fender lip line and cut it with the plasma or sheers

test fit the piece

step five
take a lunch break

step six
tack piece in to place

we also made relief cuts to form it to the contours of the bumper as seen here

step seven
from the top part of the old fender make the top piece of the flare

then tack it in

and then finish weld grind smooth add body filler and watch the girlies panties hit the floor when they see your sexy new bumper
