Ford E250 van tails?

I've seen a few of the Ford E250 vans around and noticed the tail lights look very similar,if not the same as our Mazdas...I've seen a few older ones with the yellow/red/white lenses exactly like our trucks,and then some of the newer ones with all red lenses and white reverse.

Just wondering if they fit our trucks,because I'd like to try and find a pair of the all red ones like these instead of going with altezzas:

i don't know but if they do than i want a set. i like that look. i don't care for the altezza lights.

They look a little bigger....but hey go to the wrecker and give it a go...you would be a god if it works...LOL

I seriously can't be the first person to think of it. I see all the guys here that red out the amber in their tails,and they end up looking the same as those stock red ones in the pic I posted.

I'm not big on altezzas either,but the stock tails are so boring. I like the red ones because they still look stock,but they're different.

All my exterior mods on my truck are just stock parts from other Mazdas.

-Elephant ear mirrors to the small black plastic ones
-Black steel bumper to stock chrome
-stock "Mazda" decal tailgate to stamped gate
-Bench seat to stock buckets with stock console
-stock grille to B2600i grille (not chrome)
-stock steel rims to chrome Pathfinders
-black plastic centre caps to chrome Mazda caps

Heres a good look if you want something truly different, buy a set of altezzas then kandy the top portion red....kills the cheap look and makes em different form 95 percent of the other trucks out there...here is a set that I did on an accord a couple years back..

as for the Ford Van lights. We have a couple of them at work and they are larger than the B lights. I will try and get a side by side pic this week.

wow,that definety looks sweet. Might look cool if I got the smoked altezzas and then redded them out like that,then they'd be like a smoke red if it came out right...

2fine...that sucks...I guess guys would have already figured out by now if they fit because they'd probably be all the rage. If all else fails,I guess I could clean up my stock tails and red them out.

im almost positive that the vans tails are bigger, i thought the same thing while sitting behind an e350.you could always try shaving the side and using a heat gun.

but has anyone actually ever tried them to see if they fit or not? Like,the 3 coloured ones look IDENTICAL to our tail lights,and you know,Ford/Mazda parts bin...

One thing I've noticed since,with the all red ones like I posted,is that the brake light is also the turn signal,so they actually wouldn't work in our trucks,unless we were able to swap the lenses and housings over.

damn I keep forgetting to take our spare lens home and take a pic. - they are much larger tho.
