Bumper-Chrome Center Section

What is the deal with this Chrome Center Section Insert? How does it mount on?

Sorry in advance for this STUPID question guys!

it bolts up to the bumper mounts which bolt to the frame.

its a replacement for the stock one, take the stock bumper off and bolt the chrome bumper the the valence and the corners, then bolt it back to the bumper brackets and your done

man,I really need to install mine. It's sitting in the basement collecting dust.

Would look so much better than my rusty,rotten and see through steel one...

i think what he was gettin at is.... there are no bolts visible on the bumper...

well thats becauase they are all on the back of the bumper....
