does anyone have pics of the stock front bumper on a 86-93 molded together? i'm talking about the end caps and air dam molded to the main bumper...

i have seen it done before, but cant find pics....

what would you use to do it?

rails' mazda has the smoothed front bumper

you can use body filler, or fiberglass

i did that to my truck too. but i didnt do that good of a job. i would def suggest using fiberglass. ive got build up pics if u want to see them

You have to bond the end caps to the bumper first.....and then use a reinforced filler to fill the seams...and it still isn't the right way...

If you want it done right get GRANTKUSTOMS to build custom end caps....they do amazing work.

well that is awesome...i wish i woulda left my stock front on...but tax time means a welder and a new bumper!

i don't think they were talking about bonding the metal bumper to the plastic end caps. i think he's referring to bonding the lower plastic valance to the plastic end caps.

That blue truck is fully one piece.....If you just want the plastic parts bonded plastic weld them...most any sportbike repair shop will have a plastic welder that will work on abs plastic.
