removing front fenders?

ive taken all the bolts out of my front fenders and they are loose but they are stuck on sumthing where the fender meets the cowl and the Apillar. i've taken out all the inner fender moulding and i got the bolt thats in the door and the hidden one thats above it. what did i miss?

did you get the one under the cowl? also there are 2 behind the grill and one above the bumper. the one above the bumper is kind of tricky to get to if you dont have the bumper removed, it is also harder to put back in if the bumper is still on the truck.

its def the one under thee cowl that i missed. how do i get the cowl off?

there are screws beneath the rubber trim under the hood.
