Both trucks had three trim levels, plain jane,se-5 and LE/LX.Top of the line had chrome mirrors, chrome around the wheel well openings, chrome around the windows, chrome rear bumpers and nicer interiors. All other trim levels had the "elephant ear" mirrors and plain vinyl interiors.Plain jane had bench seats, other two levels had buckets.Hope this helps.BJ

My '89 is an SE-5. It had the elephant ear mirrors,cloth/vinyl bench, non dimmer rear view mirror,14" 6 spoke steelies and absolutely no options. It's carbed and doesn't even have power steering,2 spoke steering wheel and just the regular door panels.

My grandpa has a '93 SE-5 ext cab, which is FI,power steering, buckets, small mirrors, and 6 spoke alloys and 3 spoke steering wheel. Quite a nice looking truck. It's white with the grey/blue/yellow SE5 stripe and a grey interior.

I've since upgraded my interior to buckets from a 2600,LX 'all the way up' door panels, centre console from an ext cab and the smaller mirrors, dimming rearview mirror aaand...I think that's it.
