There is a rubber gasket that fits around the window and then fits inside the window opening. It is easier done as a 2 person job.Get some silicone spray lube.Seat the rubber gasket around the window. Then spray the silicone lube around the window opening and gasket.Seat the lower part of the window in the frame and then with a bud holding pressure on the inside of the window, use a putty knife to work the gasket into the frame and seat the window. The window pros use a thin wire like a garrotte to do this but I always cut myself with wire so I use the putty knife.Hope this helps.BJ

DO NOT USE WIRE and DO NOT USE SILICONE SPRAY. And the best way is to put the rubber on the glass, then put a rope in the spot where the body goes into the rubber....put the glass in the opening of the cab and slowly pull the rope( from the outside in ) use glass cleaner to lubricate the seal, it should take like 2 minutes.

Yes, this is the proper way. Do not do it any other way.
