Whats the best way o take them off? Heat gun and a solvent? I don't want to mess up my paint its pretty good for an 87.
they also make an eraser tool for your drill that works well its made by 3-m
Drill? Im thinking swirls... I know a heat gun and a plastic bondo knive sounds better to me than a drill but thats why I asked the question. I want to know the best way to save the paint.
Maybe a drill and buffer disc to finish the job??
lol the 3-m deal is kinda like a buffing wheel that goes on your drill didnt leave any swirls on my truck
if not yo can always use some solvent to losen the sticker peel it and finish up with some wd40 it worked good on my old mazda ith the stupid se5 stripes
Those would be the ones I want to get rid of! This eraser disk, is it at the auto parts store or the hardware store? How much is one?
I got some "Goo B Gone" Was thinking of using it and some WD40 myself I just worry about the color difference behind the sticker. I saw someone's on here that had removed their SE-5 sticks and you could still see where they were cuz the paint was lighter behind the sticker
if you use the earser wheel dont stay in the same area to long you can burn the paint take it nice and slow.
