looks good, you gonna shave the body lines while you are at it?
twistedsmily +1y
ahh man your going to get rid of the cool paint job
nytrdr24 +1y
lookn good, i'd do like maztang suggested & fill in the body line @ the taillights, makes for a much cleaner look....

i did kinda like the old paint job though, brought back some memories, it had that oldskool touch to it! what kinda paint scheme are you gonna go with now?

would you weld to fill in the body line?
nytrdr24 +1y
yeah, you can, or use a body filler of some sort....

body filler in this are could possibly crack. Funny with the other lead post - this is what I was thinking of using to fill in this gap. will just weld it up now I guess.

still need good ventilation while welding too, the fumes from it can be harmfull depending on what kind of metal your welding, & if it has any kind of coating (galvanization, zinc, etc, etc.)

best thing to do is weld it, i filled mine about 8 months ago and it is already cracking. i plan on welding mine later.

that's why i don't like body filler/bondo....it just don't last....& who wants to have to do the work over again
