sun roof

ok i have a 1986 mazda b2000 with a sunroof it was rele old school all mechanical well to keep along story short my friend broke the clips and didnt tell me and it went sliding off my truck and broke does any one know what kind of sunroof the mazdas came with or ne thing like that i think i saw a pinkish mazda on this site with the same one ?? please help

nope, it will be aftermarket...post pics, I installed sunroofs for a few years and I might be able to tell you what it is.

im not trying to steal a thread but how had is it to install one? ive been thinking about maybe gettin onr but i dont no the werk involved.

Mine has an auto port II sunroof from the sun roof doctors. If you look on your latch assembly it should have the manufactures name on it. Once you identify the manufactor you can then messure the frame and see if replacement glass is available. My glass was broke when i got my truck and the replacement glass was discontinued and I ended up replacing the whole thing frame and all.

i had a 17x33 in my 87, which i was told that would be the largest one that could be installed correctly????

it says velm on the handle so i guess its a velm sunroof

kinda looks like mine and mines out of 91 eagle talon..
