Okay, I bought this old '86 B2000 with rotten fenders and doors... but a solid engine.

My current truck, an 87 B2000, has good fenders and doors... but a blown head gasket.

So... I want to make the '86 my son's daily driver and I want to pull the fenders and doors and replace them with the fenders and doors from the '87.

I've already swapped doors on the '87 so I know what I'm getting into but I've never done body panels.

How hard is this to do? Are we talking bolts only or is there some welding?

Any hints, tips from people who have actually done this??

Thx !!
