I went ahead and threw in my trailer fenders for the front today as well!

I also relocated all of the wires on the drivers side and ran the rest under the trailer fender! You can see the screws for the clamps, they will be ground down and tacked for security purposes!

It took a ton of relocating and had to split the harness in half to re-route it along the back of the firewall!

And all the vaccuum lines have been extended and are in the relocation process as well!

And I SMOOTHED the inner fenders which makes it sooo clean!!

Here you go!

Props Man, Looks good! Couple of questions if you dont mind. What gauge metal are the trailer fenders? How do you smooth the inner fenders? I have heard of "eliminated inner fenders", but am not sure what exactly that means doing. I think this would be a good time for me to find out since my truck was wrecked recently and "crunched" my core support, driver fender, hood, and ofcourse, the inner fender.

Okay!

The gauge of the Trailer Fenders is 16ga cold rolled steel!

Chances are you are going to trim out the inner fender wells anyways, so trim them out to desired height and make sure you leave about an inch so you have a surface to tack to!

Then trim out your piece of sheetmetal to that area, cut out the arc for the Trailer Fender then tack it to the sheetmetal!

I made sure to drill a couple holes through the sheetmetal and fender so I could fill weld them for added strength!

From there just weld up the sheetmetal to the inner fender well and anywhere else you can!

Thats it in a nutshell, I am sure I missed a few things!
