Ok, I want to replace the front fenders on my truck eventually. I thought it would be as easy as taking off a few bolts and replacing it (like most cars and trucks out there). However, on the older B series trucks Mazda decided to tac the fender on as well as bolt it. If you remove all the bolts, the thing still won't budge. On top of that, they sealed the seam with epoxy of some sort. That is also holding the fender on. Does anybody know how to get the fender off? I hope I don't have to cut it off, but it is looking that way.

i've been trying to get the fender off my 84 for some time now and it has fought me every step of the way so it is fixing to get the cutting wheel, but my old fender is garbage if you want to reuse it you may want to use more finesse.

yeah i just went and looked at my parts truck and it looks like it is glued together some how. try using a scraper to pry it apart. it looks like to me it is just going to give you a problem where the hood meets the fender. but i am not sure. keep us updated though, i have to do this same thing a little ways down the road.
