molded front bumpers?

i saw a thread about a week ago where someone basically molded the front bumper all into one piece. they had a few pics of the progress and steps taken. i have searched the forum and cant find it.. i have alot of left over fiberglass, filler, primer and that kinda stuff and i love the way it looks. does anyone know where this thread is? i was hoping to get a better visual before i jump in. please help...?

also, if anyone else has any similar pics, please post!

looks pretty decent, i had it on my bumper

you could always get the Grant Toyota bumper conversion. it's all steel,but it's super $$$$
