Laying out on 18''

What do I have to do to lay 18's? I don't want to do the 4x4 sheet metal either.

I guess what I meant was, will they tuck? My buddy is suppose to be bagging the front soon, then I will work on the back later

you should be able to get it to lay using all stock components (not using drop spindles or control arms). you will most likely need to flip your ball joints and may need to pie cut your upper control arm. it all really depends on your tire size.

whether your 18" wheels will tuck, it all depends on the width and offset of the wheel. for example an 18 x 8 with a +47 offset will tuck, but a 18 x 8 with a +12 offset will not.

i have a friend give me some 18' lincoln wheel and dont know what i need to do to make them fit to my b2000 can anybody help me?

have to get the wheels redrilled to fit the mazda pattern, 6x6 1/2

bang the studs in. guy here with a nissan been on 24s for 7 months, all he did was run the ford lug pattern (higher offset) and knock the studs in a lil bit.


I dunno about riding on bent studs, but its workin for him

how would that change anything man the wheel mounting surface should be in full contact with the hub either way, except you will have less threads for the lug nut...

bangin the studs in is a bad and unsafe idea.
