Has anyone tried these?

Just checking out eBay and found these. There the black headlights.



Just seeing if anyone has tried them and if there worth the money and trouble to get them to canada. They only accept MO from Canada (no PayPal) and they only will ship UPS. $10 for the lights and $40 for the shipping.

i looked into them for my other truck but there know way im paying 40$ for shipping

I have them on my 91 b and i also have 8000k hid lights. They are not all that bright even with the hids. They look cool but dont serve there purpose. If i could do it again i would just buy the chrome ones. But i only paid like 35.00 on ebay not 50.00 lokk for jeep cherokee headlights they are the same.

so are the 82-93 S10s

They look neat, but I dunno about the cost. That shipping thing is hilarious. Talk about getting around eBay fees.

i bought the chrome ones with the projector bug eye looking thing and they kinda suck. they scatter light everywhere. im guessing the black would be worse cause they need the chrome to reflect the light out and around to make them bright. if i had hids then i think mine would be better. like he said earlier, jeep ones are cheaper..........

i have a friend who got chrome ones for his s10 and then just tinted them with regular window tint on the outsite and they look sick. the tint almost didn't change the performance either because the light was reflecting good off the chrome

Anyone have a black set that they want to sell? with real shipping costs?

oh and if you do buy them from ebay, the "free" bulbs that they come with suck really bad. it was worse than stock. i couldn't see anything but then i got new bulbs and the lights actually work really good.
