BTW,the regular headlights are 6x7 NOT 4x6. I made that mistake when ordering my H4s from JBM and ordered 4x6s and then I got them I was like WTF are these,fog lights?!
I like the round headlight idea too. Maybe you could make a plastic insert that goes inside the headlight opening of the grille and cut it out round to be flush around the edge of the headlight so there is go gap between the light and the grille.
Maybe a phantom grille with round cutouts would work?

oh man,that does look sweet! props. Liek I said in my previous post,you just need to get the black plastic headlight surrounds from a 1st gen RX7 or a Miata or something and trim them to fit to get rid of the gap.

the frontier has round headlights prolly too big though, but I like the 510 look w 4 lights, like an olderr camaro or BMW,
