Thinkin about throwin some escalade rims onto my B22. im lookin at the 7 spoke 18 x 8 wides. i dont want to go too low cuz i still gotta throw my dirtbike in the back on sunny days, but im just wondering if they will tuck up into my wheel wells without going with the 4X4 sheetmetal? anyone with any experience with these particular rims on these trucks??

im not 100% sure but i heard you need the 4x4 metal to tuck those rims. but if you still want to haul a bike then your prolly not gonna be low enough for it to matter.

i do plan on lowering it a few inches to clean up the look a little bit. just dont want to deal with rubbing problems when i do put the bike or any kind of weight in.

They should be fine. They will be very close to the edge of teh fender though, depending on how low you're going.

get some air shocks and you will be fine

you'll be fine. get like a 205/35/18 tire,3" blocks and keep all your leafs and add some air shocks so you dont have a saggy ass when you have the bike in it.

Be careful if you use AIM drop spindles in the front, they'll push the wheels out a bit. I had the 17" Eskies with drop spindles and I rubbed in the front all the time even with 4x4 fenders.

thanks a ton for the info again guys!! i ended up goin with the 17 x 7.5's cuz i found a wicked deal on a nice chrome set. now my question is how low am i going to be able to go comfortably without drasticaly cutting down my turning radius and messin with the overall driveability of the truck? would drop shocks be in order for a few inch drop? i dont plan on goin with any drop spindles. just blocks in the rear an torsion adjustment in the front is what i was thinkin.

I've got those rims on my mazda. It has 3" blocks in the rear and 2" drop spindles with 1" of torsion bar droppage in the front. The rims will not tuck in front for me (possibly due to the drop spindles) and with slight mod, the could tuck in the rear.
I bought mine for $200.00 for all four off ebay and I love them!
