side swing tailgate????????????

ive seen this mod before but have no idea how to do it? how is it done anyone no????

from what i understand... use the stock hinges just relocate to which ever side you want.... reinforce the side you put the hinges on...

doesnt the bolt side of the hinge stick out at all???

it does at stock placement.... but you don't have to make it on the move...

really ill have to look at it so should i use both hinges or just one? and how should i reinforce it??

def. both hinges.... ive seen some use a piece of tubing inside the light housing on the side where the hinges will mount to and bolt through the tubing.... also seen some with the tubing with bolts and welded...
