difference of bumper brackets... 4 runner to pickup

Whats the difference between the regular toyota pickup bumper brackets and the 4 runner ones to fit it on a mazda??? Slammedyota said he makes the ones that'll fit the regular pickup one but not the 4 runner one... how much of a diference is there??? Anyone know??

There is a huge difference...the pickup brackets aren't even close to lining up with the stock bumper mounts of the 4runner...

I know because I bought a set of conversion brackets, thinking they would work...they were completely off! So I just fabbed up my own...

So if I were you, I would fab up my own from scratch or buy some conversion brackets (knowing they won't work) and mold them into something that works for you...

Ya I think I'll hold off on gettin some till i get my bumper in (which i order yesterday btw <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" />) And i'll see if i can figure out these brackets out. I want mine tucked back like yours Dev, lined up with the fenders. So we'll see. I'll post pics of the bumper when i get it in!!
