Moldings and trim

Anyone know where to pick up new window moldings and door trim pieces. I have some on my truck, so I am not looking for used ones. I am looking for brand new pieces. I dropped my truck off for paint, and I don't want to put the old scratched up moldings back on. They really aren't in that bad of shape, but if I can buy new ones I will.

dealership is the only place i know of for new ones

anybody else have an idea? I called the stealership and they want $919.54 + tax for the 6 pieces.

haha, I knew someone would still say that, even though in my first post I said that I have them, so i am not looking for used ones. Aftermarket replacements is what I am looking for, or if someone has a hook up at a Mazda dealer??

Tre...The only source is the dealer. Check your local chrome/polishing shop. Some of them specialize in restoing this type of trim. Maybe you can have yours polished.

That was my 2nd option. Replate them. Looks like it may be my only option. I am not going to spend $1000 on them, thats what I paid for the truck.

Your best bet is to buy from a state that the rubber moldings do not rot/dry out . Now there is a guy on Ebay from overseas that sells new chrome windshield trim and rubber moldings moldings and all for mazdas . I purchased some a awile back for my truck . Hes always on there selling gray interior mazda pieces new though .

I just happened to ask him about other parts and he got them . Its over 90 days so finding the auction will be tough . It was either Thailand or Bangkok if I come across his name I will post here
