My 88 Mazda b2200 LB p/u has been sittin for a couple years, and the rims are in bad shape! They are chrome rims, and if there is something out there I can use to restore their shine Im willing to put the elbow grease in... At this point Ive got a can of chrome polish.. But this looks like a pretty advanced case.. Should I get something else, and if so what?

Here are a few pics..

the rims are toast man i can see the chrome has peeled you can clean them up a lil bit use oven cleaner then rinse then use #00fine steel wool thats the best you can do

I would sand blast them and then paint them.

only problem with blasting them is it cost about 25 per wheel around here..plus the wont do it with the tire on so dismount and remount it would be cheaper for him to just buy new wheels
