Heres the ones i made for my mazda. I took and cut the end of the mazda bumper bracket off and welded a 1/4" plate on it. Then used 1x1x3/16" tubing for the brackets.

i wish i ahd pics, but all i did was cut 5" off of the stock bracket, used 2 pcs of 3/16x 1 1/2" flat and 2 pcs of 3/16 x 2" flat. made 1 oblong hole in each pc, welded together with like 1/8" overlap, then welded to bumper bracket once i knew my height.

These are the ones i made for my 4 runner bumper... they are beefy as hell. i did like these other guys did and cut the stock bumper mount off and remade it to accomodate the toyota bumper.... heres a few pics...

And another thing... i decided to make my own brackets because the ones you buy, the fbi ones at least, have the bumper stickin out so it has a lil bit of a lip, but then the bumper doesn't come anywhere near lining up with the fenders.... and i wanted the front end to be all flat, with no "lip" and for it to line up with the fenders. So i would've had to modify the brackets if i bought em so i jus decided to make my own...

thats good to know. i Probally would have bought them seeing as i dont have a welder and it woulda been a hassle but id have to have the bumper lining up to the fenders so i guess ill make my own and find myself a welder. Thanks much.
