Suiciding my 87

I plan on suiciding the doors of my 87. I also plan on shaving the truck and adding door poppers at the same time. What is the easiest way to go about all this. I have a friend who will help with all the work but i want to be in on all of it. The only way to learn is to do. So any advice from you guys would be lots of help and greatly appreciated! Thanx

Truth is I had a local shop do mine, but I had it all done at once like you said: the doors shaved, shave kit installed and suicides also done while it was there.

just take your time and do it up right is all i ask because you will be happer in the end

Im not in a big hurry to have doors suicided. I definately want it done right. My hubby had a truck with suicide doors and they didnt line up. Whoever had done them, did them incorrectly in the first place, and then didnt bother to go back and fix them. It was such a hassle opening and closing them. I dont want any thing inferior on my truck. Fortunately my friend is an awesome paint and body tech. He not only has the skills to do it correctly the first time, but also the patience to teach me. Which is what i really want. Here is his truck that he built.
