Replacing rocker

i have a mest up rocker on the driver side, my truck is bodydroped i bought it like that but it looks like they went over a speed bump and stop and slammed it right over it on that one side, i have a spare truck to take the other one off but i want to know if anybody else done it thanx

Just cut out the messed up part and weld in a new piece from the spare truck. Should be a pretty easy fix.

i have not done it yet, but i have cut one out of my doner truck. maybe seeing whats inside may help.

i'm gonna cut out the marked piece, drill out the spot welds, and the rest with a cut off wheel.

here's the piece i cut from the doner after i drilled out all the spot welds, outside and inside rocker




weld up the holes and the butt weld the seam.
