front bumper

how do u guys mold ur stock front bumper so it looks like one piece since its mostly plastic

i would say use some fiberglass and some bondo. but thats just my 2cents

if you're talking about the stock b2200 bumper, i saw a guy (somewhere on here i think) that offered one piece ones made from plastic or fiberglass

corksport.com fiberglass one piece 4x4 bumper you can usually find one on ebay, if not just e-mail them. i paid $230 shipped via greyhound bus. the box is HUGE. anyway, the quality is very very good, the only spot that needs some attention is where the tag bolts go, if you put the tag on the front, no big deal. one more thing, i had to cut my bumper brackets into 3 pieces and welded them back together to get a tight fit. some other guy on here has one, but i don't know how his fit the brackets.

i got one. i didnt have any issues with the brackets. had to drill 2 holes in the bottom bumper section for the brackets but its great. the quality is amazing and like bob said, the tag area is the only spot that needs attention.
