OK guys i maid a big o no on the mini but Im going to walk you through a skin graph on the bed of the Mazda with the help of suicide as the fitter and me as the welder
OK so a couple of weeks ago i had this idea that i could cut some half moon shape holes in the side of my bed so my tires wont rub on the finders and then the sawsall went wild and cut to much so after a long line of yelling and kicking crap i went to local junk yard and found a bed well this bed i found was for a regular cab 4x4 which will not fit not know this and already paid for it i was up a river with no paddle so i called 20 or so other junk yards and they did not have the extended cab 4x4 bed i was looking for so on to plan B and this is were we are now
OK here is the start of the project the driver side of the bed ya thats a big hole
after making all the measurements we needed we taped it off and cut it out with a cut off wheel no sawsall for us any more
clean cuts!!
This is the new skin going in all cleaned and ready
did the same measurements on the bed on the truck so it looks good
bam look at the hole nice and clean tape is the best ruler when cutting long lines
ok the new skin is in place now tak it in slowly

you did what with the sawzall? cut some half.......oh well you did a great save there buddy. way to made some lemonade out of a bag of lemons you bought at the junk yard.

Dude i was freaking out calling every one in the phone book but lets just say my sawsall privileges are gone now

That would have been the perfect opportunity to move the axle/wheel opening back a few inches... throw people off a lil.
