Plastic at doors?

Has anyone done anything different with the plastic piece on the cab at the doors on a single cab. Do they make a sheet metal filler panel? All i have seen have just been painted??

shave it ,put a custom logo in it

Grant makes a piece to shave it completely. I just shaved the vents smooth in mine. Sosa could hook you up with something for sure.

ive been contimplating doing a mazda logo insert in that piece ,but eventually ill do it
