Tow bar mounting and Bumper and vallence removal

Ok, so I don't want to break anything so does anyone have a scan or pdf with how to remove the bumper and valence? and does it come off in one piece? I need to mount a tow bar to the truck to get it to the shop this week so any help is appreciated.

Open the hood.
Near the base of the radiator on either side is a bolt.

Those bolts hold everthing in place.

The only other thing you need to do is disconnect the lights in the valance panel.

sweet thanks, would those bolts be strong enough for the tow bar? or should I try to use some other holes?
