bumper/fender question

hey everyone

i have a 2600i ext 2wd...i have 4x4 sheet metal and a body drop of about 2 1/2 inches....i am running 18s and i cant clear my fenders since my tires are not low profile or maybe just not low enough profile..... my first question is ...how come my bumper wont clear the tires when laying out since the bd? second is are there any options on clearing my fenders when laying out ?????what will i have to do....besides go with a smaller tire or rim/tire combo???? any ideas help etc will be great...


oh and my rims with fresh tires the ones on my truck are for trade or sale....would rather trade for nice stock rims with low profile tires......

What size tires do you have now??

235/50zr18 18x8 rims oh and they for sale

after bd and i havent finished all the notching on the lca's plus i gotta re do the mounts sometime...

Way too much tire most guys run a 40 or 35 series tire

with the offset of those rims id bet even with smaller tires the rears are going to rub the bed when laid out.... and the size of the tires..... the stock control arms can be modified to lay 18s but not with such a big tire....

i have some 17" eskies for sale... 5 total with chorme valve stems, and caps, center caps included and a set of lugs.... $200 no tires....

i figured that i was just hoping to hear something different.....

im gonna trade my rims/tires for something smaller....got a few things up in the air at the moment....i have 2 sets of stock rims just no tires on them...

wow those are tractor tires. Go down to a 35 series for sure.
