we did my buddies s10 kind of going from the minitruckin build. that one was a litle ewasier because the way the box is designed. for my buddies truck we bacsically cut above the wheel well, kept a level line a cut. the front of the box was all spot welds so we drilled them out. the hardest part was the rear corners. we found we cut too far back and had to cut thru the bracing. but once we had it all seperated, we just lifted the bed floor up. used some steel stud wall screws to hold it in place. test fit and made adjustments. i built some spacers to make up for the difference. once we did it it wasnt really all that hard. just finding the point to cut and having the right measurements.

Well if you just raise you bed floor the only thing you have to do is space the mounts so it matches up with your cab. Here is a picture that droppedmydawg edited for me to understand where to make the cuts.

It's just MS paint but i still found it very helpful
