Unsealed headlights

i was wondering were i could find a nice set of unsealed headlights and what kind look and work the best. i was looking around and i found a few different kinds. i found some black ones and some projector ones. there are a bunch of them out there and i was wondering where to look for them and what ones to look for.

what youre referring to is H4 style....where an H4 bulb replaces the sealed beam unit.

The projector style ones, especially the black ones, are complete garbage. FInd a set of diamond or euro clear. They usually sell around $50/pair. They typically come with 3850k bulbs.

I had a great set I bought from JBM and was very pleased with them. Not sure if they still carry them. You also need 6x7 lenses with H4 halogen bulbs, or you can upgrade to an HID kit.

theyve been hard for me to find lately, been looking for a set myself. I found some on a site today but I can't remember what it was cuz I was looking for something else.

If you get the ones like I had (Diamond Clear H4s with 3850k halogen H4s), they make all the difference in the world at night.

thats weird i've never seen the halo ones. i'm not sure if i like em. square halo lights just doesnt do it for me.

Those halos have proved elusive for me to find. I found em once and haven't been able to since. I want a set. Bad.
