Good finds today

So last night when I got home from work, my wife suggested we should go to the salvage yards and look around for things for my b2200. She's pretty cool about keeping me happy. So she and I went to a Pick n Pull today and found some uncracked front corner lights and uncracked tail lights, an older (slim) rear view mirror, new visors, an ash tray and the two most important finds... a nice single piece rear glass and a B2600i hood! She didn't understand my excitement when I found the hood, but she was happy I was happy. So $100 later and my truck looks alittle better. Slowly it will come together. Hopefully in two or three months I'll have my sound system installed with a custom fiberglass console and sub box.

Sorry to make you jealous and sorry about your bed. You're going to love this then... I only paid $34 for the "bubble hood". It's in near perfect condition, just needs to be sanded down and repainted. Being about the only person in Utah that is customizing a B series I kinda have my pick of the litter in the salvage yards. I came across a stamped Mazda tailgate also, but the top of it was all dented in. I only went to one out of 5 salvage yards in Salt Lake, so I'm interested to see what else I can find.

HEll yeah thats a killer deal man I am in nc and there are hardly any mazdas in the junkyards around here and if they are in the yard they are pretty well picked over

now ya need a bumper

Yes I do need one badly, but I want the customized Toyota bumper from Can Do Specialties, and that is going to take a little while to get, since I have other things higher on my list of wants.

You'll have to let me know when your going to hit a couple of them up and maybe I could cruise up and hit them with ya man
