Pulling a rocker dent near cab corner?

Well im just waiting for a few more odds and ends on my truck and have decided to do a little body work for the time being. How would you guys go about repairing this dent? access it from the inside and push it out? use a pin gun and nock it out with a slide hammer?

I would deffinitly go from behind and try and hammer it out before drilling holes in it and having to weld it back up
