87 mazda b2000 with a newer ranger bed

i have heard that a bed from a ranger that has the round body style and taillights will fit and body lines match up on a late 80s mazda? i got a 87 mazda b2000 and was wondering if it is true that the body lines will match up?? please all info would be appreciated

the bed has to be sectioned to fit. it is 3" wider then the mazda. body lines aren't the same but they do lign up sorta

they dont have the same over all roll as the mazdas do, it will not match if you use a fleetside, a step side can be made to match as i have done

Is there any other step side beds that almost match up at all?

all of them will need lts of work here or there, but most iv seen is the ranger bed...i did see an s-10 bed oncw but never seen the truck finished
