anyone know where a good starting point is for all this? the other night i turned the lights on i heard a fuse pop and noticed my tail lights, cluster lights and corner lights were inop. this is my daily driver, and ive been workin non stop lately, if anyone has ideas would be great, i havent had any free time to look into it yet, and i dont need another ticket, thanks

check the wires behind the deck, there is a wire there that runs on the same circut for the factory radio, from what i can remember the wire would be a red w/black or blue stripe make sure its not shorting out to and steel, if that doesnt work i usually unplug the corner lights and tail lights put in a new fuse and turn on the lights if it doesnt pop the fuse then its one of the light bulbs or something there, if the fuse still pops then go chasing wires, start from the rear of the truck and work your way up... good luck!

u were right man, i got to work a lil early the other day, pulled the cd player out, i found that red wire had rubbed into the metal bracket back there, and was shorting it. good deal dude that saved me a lot of time looking around, thanks again man

I have the same problem but I have cluster lights and corner lights. It was doing this before and my cluster lights would go out. Does anyone think that chances are it's the deck as well?
