I need new window crank motors i guess you call them, i have manual windows and the window crank are chewed to hell. would it be easy to sway them out? or be easier to get new doors? If I had to change doors i would rather find some with power windows, if they are not to hard to swap in? or should i go with an after market power window kit??

i swapped the manual window regulator from one door to another when i changed my doors at mazda fest... once the window is unbolted from the regulator its like 3 maybe 4 nuts/bolts to get it out... its pretty cake...

As already stated, it's not very hard to change the regulators. Take note when unbolting things as one of the bolts is in a slot instead of a hole. This allows for adjustment. When you put things back together, you will need to adjust the top of the window some so it lines up in the window track correctly. If you can find a power regulator it installs the same way. Then all you have to do is wire it up to work.
