Plastic Replacement Core Support

Does anyone have any experience with this product? I need a new core support, but can't figure out how this would work. The factory one is welded to the inner fenders. It seems like a good price though.

I would rather have a factory front clip, but the junkyard ones around here are all roached. I kick myself because I had seen tons of them over the last two years and didn't get them before the trucks went to the crusher.

I can't imagine that actually being plastic. That has to be some kind of typo/error in their database.

Maybe, but all the adds for core supports on e-bay say plastic?

Yea, but it seems all those parts sites/sellers use the same database. It's just hard for me to believe they actually make the core support plastic. That's all.
